This Koala Go activity includes full-color sound cards for 31 English phonemes, including 5 short vowels and 5 digraphs. The matching gray-scale images can be used to create a letter-sound coloring page for students who struggle to attach the correct phoneme to the matching grapheme. Students can track their own progress with a customizable, interactive learning curve chart. Die-cut sound images are included as game pieces for the Rainbow Road board game. The Koala Playground space includes a school, library, school playground, picnic area, garden maze, tree house, and seek-and-find sound farm. The school has a set of 31 letter tiles and designated boards for spelling words, phrases, and sentences. The library includes a phrase corner and wall for reading sentences. The school and library have room and wall space for importing your own graphics in the future. The maze, school playground, and picnic area include prebuilt CVC templates for adding your own content. The school playground includes a board for reading words. The treehouse has designated spaces for creating longer words together and for reading stories. Compatible with Orton-Gillingham-based programs that work on beginning phoneme-grapheme correspondence skills.
